What should I do if the pipe won’t screw in?

How to make the outdoor projector screen more stable?
Please make sure projection screen installed correctly, the tripod is in the fully open state, and try to choose a flat ground as the support point. use ground nails and windproof rope (included) to avoid outdoor bad weather.
What size room can I use it in?
100 inch(diagonal length) Projector screen, length: 86″, total height: 79″, tripod height: 28″. When using indoor projector screen, please make sure the room dimensions are larger than 86″ long and 79″ high.
Is the projector screen washable?
